  • What is included in the package price?
    All packages are inclusive of all taxes: Silver ₹2,500/sq.ft, Gold ₹2,800/sq.ft and Diamond ₹3,500/sq.ft. Every package includes 2D drawing, structural design and elevation, and a complimentary fan and light in every living room and bedroom.

    We Don't Construct Building, We Build Your Dream Home. With 8 years of experience, 250+ quality checks and on-time delivery, your satisfaction is our goal.
  • What is the process for building with Shree Adhi?
    Design, approvals, foundation, structure, services (plumbing and electrical), finishes, and handover on time.
  • What is not included in the package price?
    For the Silver package: front, side and rear setback areas, solar power connection, geyser connection in the kitchen, UG sump, septic tank, soak pit and overhead tank, mosquito net shutters, inverter/UPS wiring, rain water harvesting, concealed flushing cistern and plywood slab shuttering are not in scope or are charged additionally.
